Be Happy! Be Well!

It has been quite a while. How many years has it been? Time went by so fast, didn't it? It still amazes me to think about all of those years, those good times and bad times. Still feeling blue reminiscing about our past, but I could not deny those happy moments as well, however long or short those moments were. There is a price for everything right? Happiness does not come free nor it is cheap. It is worthy if the price of a few moments of happiness is months or years or even a lifetime of heartache and sorrow, isn't it dear? Once I pulled myself together, things did not seem that bad anymore. I was able to get back up. I was able to let go of the hatred or resentment or perhaps saving that for the next person who may come along in my life. And so there is no need for you to worry. No need for any regrets or apologetic feelings toward me. Be free from all things that may make you unhappy. Be free from all things that may hinder your path to happiness. And most of all be happy and be well! That is my last wish for you.
